Bloom Auctions are exclusive member experiences where eligible members use Bloom Points to participate for the chance to win prizes, experiences, gift cards, travel opportunities, merchandise, and other rewards.

 

Every auction is unique. Before each auction begins,

 

We will clearly display:

  • The prize(s).

  • The auction type.

  • The winning criteria.

  • Whether Bloom Points are deducted.

  • The auction opening and closing times.

  • Any additional rules that apply to that auction.

Membership
 
Bloom offers three membership levels, each with access to different prize opportunities and exclusive member benefits.
 
Bloom Insider (Always Free)
Join Bloom Insider free for life and enjoy access to Bloom Points, eligible auctions, member challenges, exclusive offers, and monthly prize opportunities.
 
Perfect for members who want to discover Bloom and start earning rewards.

Bloom Insider VIP ($49.00 / Monthly)
Upgrade to VIP and unlock everything included with Bloom Insider, plus weekly prize opportunities, bonus Bloom Points, enhanced member rewards, exclusive promotions, VIP-only experiences, and access to selected VIP auctions and offers.

Bloom Insider Black Diamond ($99.00 / Monthly)
Our premium membership includes everything in Bloom Insider VIP, plus daily prize opportunities, our highest point bonuses, premium member rewards, exclusive Black Diamond promotions, priority access to experiences, luxury giveaways, and access to selected Black Diamond-exclusive auctions and offers.

The ultimate Bloom membership.

Higher membership levels may receive access to selected member-exclusive auctions or promotions when announced. Participation in any auction, giveaway, challenge, or promotion does not guarantee winning. Complete rules and eligibility requirements will always be displayed for each individual promotion.

Bloom Points
 
Bloom Points are used to participate in eligible auctions.

Bloom Points have no cash value and may only be used within Bloom Insider.
 
Each auction will clearly state how Bloom Points are handled.

Auction Point Rules

Every auction displays one of the following point rules.

Winner Pays
Only the winning member’s Bloom Points are deducted.
All other participants keep their points.

All Bids Count
Every submitted bid is deducted once placed, regardless of whether it wins.

Free Entry
Participation requires no Bloom Points.

Bonus Auction
Special promotional rules apply.

These rules will always appear before participation.

Auction Types
 
Highest Bid Wins
The eligible member submitting the highest qualifying bid wins.

Closest Bid Wins
Bloom secretly selects a winning number before bidding begins.
The closest qualifying bid wins.

Closest Without Going Over
The closest qualifying bid that does not exceed the hidden number wins.

Closest Without Going Under
The closest qualifying bid that is equal to or greater than the hidden number wins.

Exact Match
Only the exact hidden number wins.
If no exact match exists, Bloom may use an alternative published method.

Lowest Unique Bid
The lowest bid submitted by only one member wins.
Duplicate bids are not considered unique.

Second Highest Bid
The second-highest eligible bid wins.

Third Highest Bid
The third-highest eligible bid wins.

Average Bid
Bloom calculates the average of all eligible bids.
The closest qualifying member wins.

Lucky Draw
Every qualifying participant receives one entry regardless of bid amount.
A random winner is selected.

Mystery Auction
The prize is displayed.
The winning method is revealed before bidding opens.

Flash Auction
A short-duration auction with limited entry time.

First Bid Wins
The first qualifying bid submitted wins.

Last Bid Wins
The final qualifying bid before closing wins.

Multi-Winner Auction
Several winners are selected.
The number of winners is displayed before bidding begins.

VIP Exclusive Auction
Open only to eligible Bloom Insider VIP and Black Diamond members.

Black Diamond Exclusive Auction
Open only to eligible Bloom Insider Black Diamond members.

Special Auction Experiences
 
Bloom may occasionally offer special promotional formats.

These include, but are not limited to:

Mystery Box
The exact prize remains unknown until awarded.

Prize Wheel
The winner spins a digital prize wheel.

Treasure Chest
The winner selects one mystery chest.

Double or Nothing
The winner chooses to keep the prize or risk it for a larger reward.

Community Choice
Members vote on the featured prize before the auction begins.

Secret Sponsor
The sponsor or featured brand is revealed after the auction closes.

Progressive Jackpot
The featured prize grows until a winner is selected.

Mystery Reward
The reward remains hidden until claimed.

Golden Ticket
The winner receives a Golden Ticket redeemable for a future premium reward.

Surprise Bonus
Bloom may award additional surprise prizes during or after an auction.

Participation
 

Unless otherwise stated:

  • One Bloom account per person.

  • One bid per member, per auction.

  • Bids cannot normally be changed or withdrawn after submission.

  • Members must have sufficient Bloom Points before placing a bid.

  • Winners must meet all eligibility requirements.

Winners
 
Winners are notified through their Bloom Insider account and may also receive an email or SMS notification.
 
Prizes must be claimed within the published timeframe.
Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

Fair Play
 
Bloom is committed to providing a fair experience.
Members may not:

  • Create multiple accounts.

  • Submit fraudulent information.

  • Use bots or automated software.

  • Manipulate Bloom Points.

  • Exploit technical issues.

  • Interfere with other members.


Bloom reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.

Accounts found violating these rules may have:

  • Points removed

  • Entries cancelled

  • Membership suspended

  • Prizes forfeited

  • Accounts permanently closed

Changes
 

Bloom may modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel any auction if necessary due to:

  • Technical issues

  • Fraud prevention

  • Operational requirements

  • Prize availability

  • Circumstances beyond Bloom’s reasonable control


Updated rules will be published when applicable.

Bloom Auctions are designed to be entertaining, community-focused experiences that reward member participation.

Auction formats, prizes, frequencies, and promotional opportunities will continue to evolve as Bloom Insider grows.
