Before You Bid
 
lease take a moment to review the rules for this auction before placing your bid. Every Bloom Auction may use a different winning method and point rule, which will always be displayed on the auction page.
 
When you submit your bid, the selected Bloom Points will be temporarily placed on hold while the auction is in progress. If the auction is a Winner Pays auction, only the winning member’s Bloom Points will be redeemed and all other eligible participants will have their held Bloom Points automatically returned to their account, typically within one hour after the auction closes. If the auction uses a different point rule (such as All Bids Count), it will be clearly stated before you place your bid.
 
Members may submit multiple bids per auction, each bid is treated as a separate entry and will not be combined or added together.

For example, placing bids of 500, 1,000, and 2,000 Bloom Points creates three separate bids, not a single combined bid of 3,500 Bloom Points.

Each bid is evaluated independently according to the rules of that auction.

Once submitted, bids cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled unless the individual auction specifically allows it.
 
If you’re selected as a winner, we’ll notify you through your Bloom account, and may also contact you by email and/or text message (if you’ve provided a mobile number and opted in). Winners generally have approximately twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize unless a different claim period is displayed for that auction. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and offered in a future promotion or awarded to another eligible member.
 
Bloom reserves the right to review bids, verify eligibility, and remove any fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive entries that may compromise the fairness of an auction.
